Job Description:

NetServe365 is in immediate need of a full-time Sales Support Specialist for our Pittsburgh office. We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday. This professional will need to maintain a high level of time management and be able to prioritize the most important tasks on his or her list. We have a sales team of 5 professionals that you’ll be responsible for providing support to in regards to sales orders, documentation and data entry. Previous sales support experience is not required and we offer training on necessary platforms for young professionals. However, prior administrative experience will be enormously helpful in ensuring your success in this position. To apply please send your resume and cover letter to


  • Conduct monthly/quarterly client support review calls
  • Be the liaison between customers and sales / support teams
  • Review completed support tickets for proper classification prior to billing
  • Maintain an organized file system for administrative and sales professionals
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion
  • Work with Partners, Vendors and Distributors to obtain accurate and competitive pricing quotes (Cisco, NEC, VMWare, Microsoft, Ingram Micro, etc.)
  • Provide Administrative support, including following up on orders, tracking shipments, documenting software warranties and serial numbers
  • Connect sales and services teams with pre-sales and post-sales information/documentation when requested
  • Create high quality sales proposals to support our sales team

Experience Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred or comparable work experience
  • Clerical experience in a high-volume office highly desired
  • Knowledge of the components which make up a typical IT environment preferred, but not required
  • Internet savvy, ability to function in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, IM type applications
  • Proven track record of working with a goal oriented time management plan
  • Must have high ethical standards and integrity, coupled with a desire to participate in growing our sales and support organization
  • Excellent time management, written, verbal and presentation skills
