What were the circumstances or needs that brought you to NetServe365?
I was new to Galliker Dairy and at the time we were experiencing some major network issues. We did not have the in-house staff to address these on-going issues and that is what prompted Galliker Dairy to partner with NetServe365.
What services and products did NetServe365 supply and what was the purchasing experience like?
Galliker Dairy signed an agreement in 2005 for managed services and validated alerting. The overall experience was very very positive, as both of us worked through some learning curves. The issues we did have were closed quickly and processes were put in place to resolve or prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.
How have your circumstances changed since Galliker Dairy’s initial agreement with NetServe365 and have your expectations been met?
NetServe365 is now providing and excelling in pro-active day-to-day operations of managing Galliker Dairy’s network. Galliker Dairy’s expectations have been met and NetServe365 has done an excellent job. There have been some challenges with expended project management, but through outstanding support and teamwork the NetServe365 engineers and management have continually completed projects on-time and within budget.
Are there any special comments or recommendations you would like to make?
The day-to-day network monitoring and responsiveness to issues and/or potential issues is a strong point of Netserve365. Galliker Dairy is able to take advantage of NetServe365’s collective network experience and knowledge to quickly remediate issues. NetServe365 has a proven track record with tangible successful results. I would recommend NetServe365 to anyone in need of any and all network services.
