Management Team
Jake Mitchell, Owner and CEO
Prior to forming NetServe365, Jake Mitchell worked in a senior executive level position with Butler Gas Products, western PA’s premier supplier of compressed gases and welding supplies. With this company, he built a strong sales force, increasing revenue by 200% in two years and ultimately increasing the company’s profitability dramatically with a strategic restructuring plan.
Also, he founded Adair Incorporated, a regional gift product wholesaler, where he built a scratch-start company into a multimillion dollar business with no startup financing. Additional experience includes leadership positions in public relations and advertising roles for Air Products and Chemicals. In this capacity, Mitchell managed all marketing efforts which helped increase company sales and strengthen the company’s brand. Mitchell also served in the armed forces in the United States Army with a Captain’s rank, and served as a Chemical Officer, General’s Aid, Armor Platoon Leader, and Operations Officer.
Mitchell holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Chemistry (South Dakota School of Mines and Technology), a Master’s of Education in Psychological Counseling (University of Pittsburgh), and was certified for Secondary Education in Chemistry and General Science (Duquesne University).
William T. Stevens, President
William T. Stevens has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and overall business management. His high level of energy combined with his motivational and problem solving skills have made him flexible in any industry in which he has worked.
Stevens’ experience largely lies in the financial services field where his responsibility spanned across the entire country, from Maine to Alaska. He has worked for General American Corporation/Fiserv, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President/General Manager; CBC Companies, as Senior Vice President; Lenders Service, Inc., as Vice President; Mid America Federal Savings and Loan, where he served as Vice President Consumer Lending; and Capital Financial Services/Beneficial Management in various management roles.
Stevens graduated from Pacific Western University in Los Angeles in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. For five years, he served on the Board of Governors and as an instructor at the National Institute on Consumer Credit Management at Marquette University in Milwaukee, of which he was also a graduate. He is also listed in Who’s Who in Industry and Finance, Who’s Who in the United States and Who’s Who in the World.
Justin Cameron, Owner, Executive Vice President and COO
As one of the youngest technology visionaries in the region, Justin Cameron is constantly looking for the latest and greatest advances to benefit NetServe365's clients.
After graduating from Washington & Jefferson College with a double major in Business Administration and Information Technology Leadership, he took on a variety of ambitious positions.
While in college he worked as an IT Network Administrator at Washington Federal Savings Bank, where he assisted the bank in upgrading the IT infrastructure, deploying VOIP, and introducing new technologies.
He then moved on to a Technical Specialist position at Medrad - one of the fastest growing medical device companies in the world. There he ran all IT related engineering applications for more than 1,000 desktops and 90 servers deployed globally.
In July 2007, he joined NetServe365 as a Senior Server Engineer and quickly worked his way up to NOC Manager, Vice President of Services and eventually to his current position of Executive Vice President and COO. His responsibilities include running the NOC services division, coordination of the Infrastructure Project Team and managing the customer relations department. He became part owner in the company in April 2009.
