Inside Sales
NetServe365 has a position available for a motivated entry level professional. In this position you will be responsible for meeting a monthly appointment and opportunity quota. You will initially be assigned to two geographic territories with the purpose of identifying service and equipment leads at multiple levels of an organization, from initial discussion; closing the sale with assistance from an Account Executive. You will have a list of potential customers to sell our services to. You will report to the Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet a monthly quota for Account Executives in your territories.
- Develop Sales Strategy for your territories.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects by coordinating with the Sales Manager. You may have to prospect and qualify leads yourself about 75% of your time.
- Eventually take prospects through the entire sales process to closure.
- Successfully use all sales tools and resources, such as Harte Hanks lists and training materials.
- Provide realistic sales forecasts.
- Participate as a team member with our entire Sales team.
Job Qualifications:
- BA/BS with 0-2+ years experience selling Information Technology services and/or enterprise equipment.
- Current sales certifications with Cisco, Microsoft and/or Enterasys a plus.
- Aggressive Attitude and Self Starter: Persistent and tenacious, with the ability to overcome obstacles and to achieve goals.
- Ability to function in a short-cycle environment with proven ability to consistently move customer or prospect towards commitment and close sales.
- Ability to articulate key selling points/features and benefits of our services and of the equipment we propose.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate products and services in a virtual environment.
- Internet savvy, proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must have high ethical standards and integrity, coupled with a desire to participate in growing our sales and support organization.
