We are completely visible and accountable to you.  You have access to NetView, our monitoring and management system (screenshot shown above) as well as our ticket tracking platforms to whatever depth you think necessary.  You can run hundreds of reports anytime to view performance metrics, security incidents and dozens of other business/IT functions.  Your Technical Account Manager will review key reports with you on a monthly basis so that you are continually updated on system performance and improvements.
