NetView, our proprietary monitoring platform, provides the flexibility to customize thresholds to monitor any ip connected device i.e. spam and web filters, call manager, and environmental sensors (airflow, temperature, humidity). Should these thresholds be exceeded, alerts will notify us of the specific abnormality.
NetView provides the ability to pull reports reflecting any changes in a UPS. Is the battery decreasing charge, approaching end of life? We are able to pull reports outlining these statistics, allowing you the opportunity to act while the issue is still manageable (as shown on the right).
